Paul Penn-Simkins first job was at the College of Arms as a genealogical researcher, he continued this thread of research, with Christies in Australia and UK, where he lectured on the subject, the author of a children ’s History of England, he later worked in print journalism and BBC TV, for both Features and Light Entertainment Departments.
